Our 7 Step Program

  1. Analysing your current situation

  2. We will take a look at all the areas in your life to see where you are either dissatisfied or have an imbalance. We will also see which areas interact with each other and which areas are holding you back. From here we map out how coaching can help you with each life-area that you decide to work on with us.

  3. Finding out what you want to achieve

  4. As simple as it sounds, many people do not really know what they want out of life. Although many people can quickly state what makes them unhappy, most do not know what makes them happy. We will help you to become clear and concise with your goals to determine your overall vision, dreams and values in life.

  5. Exploring your options and the possibilities

  6. We make sure we explore all paths - particularly the paths not taken and the paths in which you were unaware. We want you to think big! We will delve more deeply into what has held you back in the past and what still makes you hesitate. In this way, we prepare the grounds for change.

  7. Choosing your perfect solution

  8. We support you to pick the solution that suits you best, both short term and long term. Solutions that are in line with your overall vision and values. We will challenge you to be brave, challenge you to take that step for the change you want, whether it is big or small. We will also make sure that every solution is achievable right now - within your given life circumstances.

  9. Creating your action plan

  10. We help you to break the end goal down into achievable smaller steps. Steps that do not scare you but make you feel excited to walk further.

  11. Implementing your plan

  12. We are there for you when you start taking your first steps towards your goal. We support, motivate and challenge you whilst providing feedback on the success of your plan.

  13. Reaching and celebrating your goal

  14. With the follow-up sessions we offer you can make sure that you have our support even for long-term goals. We will celebrate with you once you have achieved your goal and encourage you to take on the next challenge to create the life you want.
